Cost and Coverage

Investment in Your Mental Health

I believe in transparency when it comes to cost. Psychiatric care is an important investment in your mental health and quality of life, and you deserve to know what to expect financially before scheduling.

Session Fees

For Cash-Pay Patients:


  • Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes): $200



  • Follow-Up Visit (30 minutes): $150


For Insured Patients:


Services are submitted directly to insurance, and your patient responsibility (copay, coinsurance, or deductible) is determined by your individual insurance plan. Coverage and benefits vary, so it's important to verify eligibility with your insurance before your first appointment.

Insurance Accepted

I’m in-network with several insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare (Optum), Oxford, Oscar (Optum), Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois.


Coverage varies, so please contact your insurance to verify mental health benefits, copays, deductibles, and prior authorization needs.


If your insurance isn’t listed, I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows it.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made by:


  • Credit card

  • Debit card

  • HSA/FSA card (when applicable)

For insured patients, co-pays or patient responsibility amounts are collected at the time of service.

Non-Clinical Services

Additional Services: Paperwork Completion

Paperwork Completion – 60 Minutes

|This service assists with completion of non-clinical paperwork required for work, school, or personal needs. This includes, but is not limited to, FMLA forms, disability paperwork, return-to-work or school documentation, and other third-party forms requiring provider input.


Flat Rate: $100 (up to 60 minutes)

Payment Policy: This service is not billed to insurance, as paperwork completion is not a billable clinical service. Payment is due at the time of service.

Response Timeline

What to Expect When You Reach Out

Messages and portal inquiries are typically reviewed within 1-2 business days. Phone calls and urgent clinical concerns are addressed as promptly as possible during normal business hours.


Messages received after hours, on weekends, or on holidays are reviewed on the next business day. For time-sensitive or emergency concerns, please contact local emergency services or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) rather than waiting for a response through the website or patient portal.


Initial consultations are 60-minute psychiatric evaluations where we discuss your symptoms, history, and goals. You don't need to prepare anything specific, just show up as you are, and we'll take it from there.
